Wicked good experience! Right when I got there, I was treated to fresh melon juice while they explained everything. The staff really went above and beyond, even got my laundry done in two hours. Always felt at home. The breakfast spread was amazing, so many choices! Seriously, can’t beat that vibe in the cozy alley.

Consider asking for Jake for attentive service. he was exceptional in making our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff arranged a fantastic day trip to Ninh Binh and offered useful insights for exploring the Old Quarter, making my stay effortless and enjoyable. The welcoming atmosphere truly made me feel at home.

not impressed! the church bells ringing every 15 minutes from 5 am was a lovely 'wake-up' call, truly! Also, don’t be fooled by the pictures. my so-called 'upgrade' was a worse room in a different building. also, a complimentary drink woudl ve been nice, but alas, I didn’t receive one.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us arrange trips to Halong Bay and Sapa, both of which turned out to be amazing experiences.

The bathroom in our room could really use an update, as the design felt quite dated and there were some cleanliness issues that diminished our overall experience.

The location was perfect for our beach visit and the walking tours we took. We felt at home thanks to the amazing staff. Breakfast was a treat with great coffee. Also, Jenny was super helpful with our tour planning, making everything smooth.

One thing to note, the welcome drink was great, but it took a bit longer than expected to get checked in.

Limited hot water for showers, consistent TV reception issues!!! The older rooms could definitely use some tender loving care, especially the wet bathrooms that result in a soggy mess after a shower!!!

excellent trip with a few hiccups

The location was perfect, close to many attractions, allowing easy exploration. The staff were exceptional, always eager to assist and make arrangements for outings, adding a personal touch to our experience. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly made items with a variety of choices. Enjoying a city view during my stay enhanced the overall ambiance and made mornings more delightful.

Check-in took longer than expected, which was slightly frustrating but not a deal-breaker.

Recommend it for travelers seeking great service

First off, the free airport pickup was super helpful. we didn’t have to worry about finding a taxi or getting lost, the staff were so polite and eager to help! I really appreciated how they always offered us complimentary drinks, made us feel sort of important.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still manageable for what we got.
